Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 375(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 375(FIN) "An Act requiring the electronic submission of a tax return or report with the Department of Revenue; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 375(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 375(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
